Appointments made through our website, phone, or in person are subject to availability.We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion.Services such as IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone treatments, EBOO, and other wellness modalities require consent and may include preliminary consultations with a licensed professional.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due during booking or at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA cards.Some services may be eligible for promotional pricing (e.g., BOGO offers). These promotions are subject to expiration and terms as stated in the offer.
Promotional services such as free consultations, BOGO treatments, or complimentary tests (e.g., F-Scan or Hair Analysis) are available one time per new client unless otherwise stated.
Free treatments or services offered as part of a promotions must be used within 90 days of the original session or purchase date or else it will be forfeited after 90 days. Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
